terms
These are the terms of business of stateless, written so that a human like you and me can read them in five minutes. By using stateless, you accept them. If one of them does not sit right with you, the only thing to do is leave my site and head back to some Telegram thread full of morons.

What stateless is, and is not
stateless aggregates fiscal, legal and banking information about countries and institutions, from public sources and from my own research, and presents it in a way that helps you compare and decide. It is information, not advice.
- Nothing on this site is legal, tax, financial or investment advice. I am not your lawyer, your accountant or your adviser.
- Rules change, banks change their policies, and data can be wrong or outdated. Double-check, triple-check, quadruple-check every piece of information before making an important decision.
- The decisions you take and their consequences are yours.
Your account
An account on this site is a random key that I hand you once, plus a pseudonym I generate. There is no email, no password and no recovery: if you lose the key, the account is gone, and I cannot give it back to you. Keep it somewhere safe.
- Never share your key: if something goes wrong, there is nothing I can do about it. You are responsible for whatever is done with your key.
- You must be at least 18 to open an account or to pay for the club.
The club
The club is the paid part of the site: the full list of banks and payment institutions, the newsfeed module, the guides, and whatever else is listed on the account page at the time you join. It is sold as a one-off, lifetime payment. The price is shown on the account page before you pay, and it is the only amount you will be asked for: no subscription, no renewal.
- "Lifetime" means for as long as stateless exists. I will not bill you again; I also cannot promise the site outlives us both, but hey... I eat well, I work out, so I should reasonably be around for a good forty years or so.
- The content evolves: banks are added, removed or re-graded, guides are rewritten. What you buy is access to the club as it is over time, not a frozen snapshot.
- Access opens the moment the payment is confirmed, on the account that made it.
Paying in bitcoin
The club is paid in bitcoin, on-chain or over Lightning, through a payment processor that generates an invoice for you. Each invoice has an amount fixed in your currency, a bitcoin amount that follows the exchange rate while the invoice is open, and an expiry (currently 24 hours). Pay the amount shown on the invoice: an expired or underpaid invoice does not open access. If something goes wrong (payment sent but not credited, invoice expired while the transaction was in flight), write to me with the invoice reference and I will sort it out.
If you have no bitcoin, the pay page points you to wallets and exchanges where you can buy some. Any such purchase is a contract between you and them, under their terms, their fees and their identity checks.
Refunds
The club is digital content delivered in full the second the payment is confirmed, on an account that carries no identity. For that reason, payments are not refunded once access has opened. If the law of the place where you live gives you a withdrawal right that cannot be waived, write to me before you use the content and we will apply it. A payment that never opened access (technical failure on my side) is of course refunded or credited.
Fair use of the content
The data, the grades, the guides and the way they are presented are the work of stateless and are protected as such. You may use them for your own life and your own business. But you may not:
- copy, republish, resell or redistribute the bank list, the grades or the guides, in whole or in part, free or paid;
- scrape or bulk-download the site to rebuild a dataset or train a product on it;
- share club access with people who have not paid for it;
- attack, overload or try to break the site or the payment flow.
An account used for any of this can be closed without refund.
Availability and changes
stateless is a small, independent project. I do my best to keep it up and accurate, but I do not promise uninterrupted availability, and I may change, add or remove features at any time. Club members keep their access for as long as the club exists.
Liability
To the extent the law allows it: the site is provided as is; I am not liable for decisions taken on the basis of its content, for a bank or an administration refusing you, for losses or missed gains, or for failures of the third parties involved in a payment (the bitcoin network, the payment processor, any wallet or exchange you use). If I am found liable anyway, my total liability is capped at the amount you paid to stateless.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, and any dispute goes to the courts there, unless the consumer protection rules of the place where you live give you a right you cannot waive, in which case those apply. Before any of that: write to me, most problems are solved in an email.
Changes
These terms may evolve. The date below moves when they do, and material changes are described on this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
